The popular Four Fun Fridays will be bouncing back onto Andover High Street next month.

Friday 2 August will feature some fun sport-themed activities. Pull up a deckchair to watch ‘Anyone for Tennis’ a hilarious tennis match with slow-motion replays, silly tantrums and live commentary. You might even be asked to help out by standing in for ball boys or girls and to award prizes at the end. The 30-minute show will take place at 11:15am, 12:30pm and 2pm on the day, to make sure keen spectators don’t miss any of the action.
Amanda from Merry Go Round Storytelling will be performing a tale with one of her interactive performances. You can watch her at 11:50am, 1:30pm and 2:30pm on the day.
In between the shows, children will also have the opportunity to take part in face painting, boat building and craft workshops with Andover Trees United.
CAS Community will also be running a special activity in their studio where you can get messy with paint, by shot-putting it against a wall to make a colourful piece of art.
The following week’s event, on Friday 9 August, will welcome Team Rubicon who will be running some skateboard and BMX balance and control skills workshops throughout the day.
Andover Leisure Centre will also be providing some special sporting challenges such as a rowing-machine and agility challenge, plus hula hoop and bean bag games.
